Attention All Parents / Guardians: We do not accept faxed applications. We must have the original copy brought to a Sunshine site location or our Corporate Office. The last day to register for After School Care will be Monday August 9th.
If you register after this date, your child will not be able to start After School Care until Monday August 30th.
